Birth of NESTTM

Eat your FOOD as your medicine, otherwise you will have to eat MEDICINE as your food.

NESTTM was a happening. NESTTM stands for Nutritional, Ecological and Spiritual Transformation. While treating patients at CHRC ©, we found that their food preferences and eating habits were very faulty. We started enquiring and evaluating deeply into these patients’ diet and regimen. What we learned was appalling. Their faulty diet was many a times causing, maintaining and aggravating the disease. Once this obstacle to cure was identified, we put these patients on our NESTTM – Lifestyle Disorder Reversal Program; where we prescribed them healthy food, nutrient supplements and a regimen. What followed was unbelievable! We were able to reverse the so-called irreversible diseases in a very short period of time. These were not simple cases. These patients were suffering from cardiomyopathy, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, hereditary triglyceridemia, obesity, etc. We educate these patients how to take care of body by using food as medicine. After all, our body is our first house… rather it is the only place we live in!

To summarise, you are what you eat but you have a choice in what you’re made of.
The first step to getting anywhere is in deciding you’re no longer willing to stay where you are. Once you develop an appetite for change, transformation happens!! Based on orthomolecular medicine, NESTTM – Lifestyle Disorder Reversal Program empowers you with education, tools and a unique experience of reversal.

Now with Nutrition in place, our study made us ecologically sensitive in the way our food reaches our plates and spiritually uplifted us as well as our patients.

The journey to the health summit is not outward but inwards. We encourage patients to embrace this spiritual path through meditation and allied discourses. As the disease reverses, meditation helps to remain grounded; nourishing and enriching the mind.

Thus, as Nutritional, Ecological and Spiritual insight joined together in Transformation… NESTTM was born!
